The most common type of foods you can expect from general eating places is Chinese, Indian, Malay and Western food. At times, Thai, Japanese and Korean food are also available in some eateries.

Other than indulging yourself in food, you can also shop in Singapore until late at night. Shopping malls usually close at 10pm; however, certain participating shopping malls stay open until 11pm every Saturday. The only 24-hour shopping mall in Singapore where you can shop till dawn is Mustafa Centre, in Little India.
